Many of the "shoulds" we have accepted in our lives have not been our own, but we have lived them as our own. How do we learn to know the difference? What are the signs that we are living out of integrity with who we truly are? How do we evoke the courage to face our deepest fears and live more authentically?

Joining Gestalt dialogue exercises, mind-body awareness and modern experiential processes, we will create innovative Rites of Passage that can facilitate us into and through the blocks to our true nature and our fullest Self-expression.

Through the use of experiential discussion, art-play and other powerful exercises,

UN-learn how and where fear is limiting you in your life, RE-learn the difference between fear and gut-instinct, how to use fear as a motivator, and most of all… learn to laugh out loud at the many clever ways fear has kept you from expressing all that you truly are.
